How a location score is calculated

Each rating uses the five weights above. A location’s score averages eligible published guest ratings within the selected period, then rounds the result. The directory shows the last 30 days and the number of ratings. With no ratings in that period, we show “Not yet rated.”

Participation is separate from performance

A directory listing means the restaurant has opted in and its profile has been approved. It is not an endorsement of its score. A Pristine tier reflects guest feedback; it is not an inspection, accessibility audit or food-safety certification.

Useful feedback is honest feedback

Rate a place you actually visited. Avoid personal information in comments. One web rating per signed-in guest, per restaurant, per UTC day helps reduce duplicates. Rewards do not require a positive rating.
